No movement or follow up was done for fixing my tax issue unless I called them, emailed them AND dropped by their office. Would not recommend at all.
Communication skills are terrible I do not recommend at all !!
Very unprofessional. Never communicated with me and it's been 4 days and my taxes are still not done.. false advertising for taxes done remotely. They didn't do nothing for me.
I was charged $1190 for two W2’s and simple retail stock disclosures, if you don’t mind spending that kind of money to have your taxes done then this is your place. The people are nice, no complaints there but, I’m not rich, I really needed that money. My fault for not pushing harder to get the cost of doing business with this place. When I asked I was simply assured that it wouldn’t cost too much….. Maybe to them that’s not too much but, for me that would’ve been a big help for my mortgage payment or to help get my daughter... read more
