Joy provided the best massage I have ever recieved. Long term sore shoulder, neck and back feel way better after only one visit. She also provided great advice for ongoing relief to major sore areas. I will definately be back.
I've had a lot of massages and nothing comes even close. Joy applies the right amount of pressure and takes her time getting to know your problem areas and targets those to make sure you leave feeling refreshed. As a coach and a massage therapist Joy has a lot of experience working with athletes (also is an athlete herself) so her understanding of how the body moves, recovers and responds is next level. It's a very holistic approach.
Fantastic massage. Joy knows her stuff and provided a much needed massage, releasing lots of tight muscles after riding around these hills around Kiama. If I lived here, I would be booking in every week. Best massage I have had for a long time.
