I've been going to Dr Thoma for 12 years. He has helped me through many injuries, aches and pains. I trust his opinion with any health related topic because he absolutely loves and studies the mind and body. I had back surgery in 2007 and routine visits keep me from feeling sciatica. My quality of life is improved because of him. I highly suggest going to him.

John is seriously the best. I was in a traumatic motorcycle accident in July of 21’. I Suffered a tib/fib fracture in my left leg and multiple herniated discs in my neck. i felt completely defeated at 30 years old. Dr. John (Dr. Thoma) is an expert on functional movement and training for overall wellness and health and feeling your best. During my visit we geeked out over talk of CrossFit, electrons and ATP processes. His office is calm, soothing, and clean. He’s professional, knowledgeable, young and vibrant. Can’t recommend him enough.
Dr. John is amazing to work with and helps you achieve the results you are seeking. I have worked with him on a few different issues, and I always feel more educated and more empowered when I leave his office. In May, I tore my ACL. I was devastated thinking I would need surgery.
