Paid for tax services at the end of June directly with Juan Sampson. It has been over 3 months and there has been no update. I have tried calling, texting, emailing, traveling hours (business knows this) for the past 3 months. No simple text back or call explaining the reason. I have been in the dark with hundreds in the hole for over 3 months now. If anyone has any advice
BE CAREFUL with Juan samp and this place , as they sometimes leave for months WITHOUT notice , not picking up the phone , returning emails or even opening . Any business or person should BE CAREFUL here . Many people right now are going months without getting any response ! Thats why they make sure to take your money before hanging up or letting you leave .
I have been doing my taxes for years . Always takes long but this year I sent my paperwork on February it’s almost August and still my taxes have not been done and have not received my refund .
Accountant disappeared off the face of the. Attorney advised me to file a police report. I’m in shock. I wish I would have read the reviews before I started working with them.
