This is the most unprofessional business that I have ever dealt with! My son has autism and we deal with a lot of organizations. I have never had an organization tell me that they are going to call me 24 hours in advance to try to schedule each appointment. The speech therapist was a nightmare. If she doesn’t feel like calling you more than 24 hours in advance to confirm a time with you then she will just not even see you. The team very helpful, gives me home exercises and different ways to do same, push you to your limit and above which I like, each visit the exercises are switched around to change it up. Thank you.
I experienced a major shoulder injury and began physical therapy at Infinity. Kenzie took care of all my insurance needs and always was flexible when setting up appointments around my schedule. Bob & Dan are amazing therapist! Thanks to their expert knowledge and experience I am now pain free and returned to my bowling league, golfing, swimming, softball and riding my motorcycle. Initial consult is a group "sales" pitch. Agreed to therapy after being assured it was fully covered by insurance. Only AFTER all therapy was completed did we receive a bill saying "oops it wasn't covered after all." We handled that out-of-pocket and a YEAR later received billing for "additional charges." These inculde dates we were not there - having ended the treatment earlier than these dates.
