We tested the Infinity Chair for the first time in a Costco in Illinois with a wonderful Rep named Mike. He was so helpful and passionate about the chair and extremely informative. Had fabulous stories About the health benefits of this chair and we are sold. Infinity Chair has a great representative on their team in Mike. He told us personal health improvement stories, and after testing it on the 30 Minute morning Routine it was a Healing experience. Thank you, Mike for showing us and telling us about this great product.
I visited the Infinity Massage Chair booth at the ISC West trade show in Las Vegas on April 4th at 10:30am. As someone suffering from severe plantar fasciitis and lower back pain, I was genuinely excited to explore purchasing a massage chair that could provide some relief. This guy has their booth in ISC West 2025 showcasing their brand. I found this person very rude and arrogant. Tried his demo massage chair and gave him a few good compliments on the chair. But then then he started judging my buying power. Let me tell you something... please keep your attitude and erogance with you when you are showcasing your product. I would never recommend anyone to buy this product. After I saw some bad reviews no wonder why you had to be like this.
I had a terrible experience on 03/25/2025 with a sales rep at Costco in Georgetown, TX. She was super pushy while I tried a massage chair, constantly bringing up our budget and making us feel uncomfortable. We ended up leaving the demo early not even 2 mins. She didn't even ask about budget with other customers and let them enjoy the experience. Very biased behavior from someone who should be explaining products, not eating energy bars.
