We purchased a $3,000 massage chair, and now the remote is not working. All we asked was whether the company could send us a replacement remote, which I’m sure is a very inexpensive part compared to the cost of the chair. Instead of offering any real help, we were told the chair is out of warranty. I meet Jimmy at a Costco and he was a very unhappy and dishonest man. I would 100% save your time and money and stay away from this company.
Worst massage chair company with the worst massage chair salesmen ever. Specifically their traveling salesman who does the Costco runs is the worst and most aggressive salesperson there is for a simple massage chair!!!!! We interacted with them at a Costco and have formally complained to Costco to ban this company from ever exhibiting at a Costco again
We have had our Infinity chair for 4 years and it malfunctioned on October 23,2025. It was no longer under warranty but we wanted it fixed because we really liked it. It took 7 months and over $1600.00 dollars to finally get it repaired on May 19, 2026. Every time we would order the part that the repairman said he needed, it was not the problem, and every time he returned, it cost over 230.00. You really need to come up with a better diagnosis system!
Having been in the market for a chair for sometime, I am so glad I waited for the right chair and company to invest in.
