Won't return. Took a day off work, drove an hour to get there (for a scheduled appointment booked over a week prior), only to be told the person doing my massage had a last minute issue &wasn't there. Ok stuff happens. So I wait. Kept being told that it shouldn't be much longer. 45 minutes later he still wasn't there so I left, angry & very disappointed.
