Luke loves his job, radiates enthusiasm, warmth, yet very professional. Nothing but good!
My Nanna's experience was very different than the one advertised on the website. Mr. Amos was kind at first, but quickly got frustrated as my Nanna suffers from dementia and struggled to answer his questions. I would not recommend Infinity as his comments got very condescending towards the end of the exam.
Dr Luke was attentive to help me with my hearing challenges. He diagnosed exactly what I needed, and made great suggestions as to what would best suit me personally. When I experienced complications with the insurance company, Luke interceded on my behalf and solved the problem effectively and efficiently. (He's also a nice guy, because he laughs at my lame jokes.) I would highly recommend him if you have a hearing challenge in your life.
Luke is highly knowledgeable and very professional! If you or a member of your family think you may have hearing loss, take the time to go see the best hearing practitioner in the business!
