Absolutely top class, 5 star experience dealing with the friendly, expert team at Infinity Cycles, helping me through the big investment on an SL8. Bottom line is that they all love bikes. Tom, in particular, guided me through the options, ran the bike fit, answered my questions clearly and made it a great buying experience, with support from Andrew, Peter and others. Recently, they all helped me to resolve an insurance claim in a clear, straightforward manner Can't recommend highly enough!

We purchased a couple of bikes from Infinity Cycles. The experience was so different from to that of other well known bike shops! Our salesman, Peter, was knowledgeable, listened carefully to what we wanted and went through our options, no pushy sales at all, just helpful! When the bikes we ordered arrived, Peter was there again for the handover, which included helping link the Specialized app to our phones, and then full lessons on the app, its settings and how to configure the e-bikes via the app and also using the control... read more
