The clicking/creaking bottom bracket that was "fixed" wasn't. It cost $200, which included paying for an expedited part, and within 2 hours of riding the clicking was not only back but substantially louder. Very disappointed with the follow-through when I took it back. I expected a "let's make this right" attitude. Infinity is a 5 star bike shop. Jake and the team are very knowledgeable and provide great customer service. Highly recommend going to Infinity for all your cycling needs!
Took a bike here once to get worked on. They messed up a lot of things on it, and when I asked to please double check everything they got defensive and said they’d worked there for however long and I’m honestly not sure they checked everything because I found multiple things wrong on it. Maybe it was the specific employee… not sure but I probably won’t be bringing another bike here unless absolutely necessary.
Love this place. I've been going here since they've opened and they've always put my bikes back in perfect shape.
