Usually love this bank.BUT, why are they not open past 5 on a Friday afternoon? Also closed on the weekend? How are pethat work week days and business hours able to get banking needs met with these hours?? It's truly ridiculous.
Just went out of my way to visit their Surcharge free ATM. The search I was looking at said the place was 24 hours however, upon arriving, the door was locked, I could see a freestanding ATM is inside within view like one you would see at 7-Eleven. I initially was writing a one star review based on this, but then thought what the hell, I’ll drive through the drive-through just to be sure before I submit. Generally good rates if you want a credit card or loan but also is a "cashless institution". You can get cash out of the ATM but if you go in for quarters you're out of luck. Not a great policy for a place that claims to offer "community banking".
Because I'm part of everybody I don't have an hour on any given day to do my banking. i just tried to get money for rent, but the bank is unexpectedly closed except for an extremely long line of cars in the drive thru. Between the recent update that created chaos for me at a key time, the repeated times the ATM has been out of order, and now today I look forward to closing my account this weekend...oh wait they're not open on saturdays anymore.
The lobby is closed, and I’ve been waiting in the drive thru for over 25 minutes for only 3 cars ahead of me. There’s no way out of the line once you’re in it, and I’m going to be late back to work. Ridiculous. I’m just trying to pay my car payment.
