I had a great experience with Infiniti of Laa Vegas and especially my salesman Cip. He was helpful and took care of my needs on my car . I strongly recommend Infiniti and ask for Cip you won't be sorry .
Great service
We drive from Pahrump to the dealership which is over a hour away. We allways set an appointment and arrive early each time. We just getting an oil change, not like it’s a major repair and it takes 2 hour average for an oil change. This is with an appointment, what a joke. But the worst part is the rudeness of the service member when we ask for updates. We will pay to go somewhere else before we waste another half day to get an oil change.
