Please make a trip for the Wall of Noro alone! What a great selection. Anne the owner is kind and works her fanny off for her customers. The yarn selection is extensive, as are the pattern offerings. During this last visit, the store was busy and customers were friendly and chatty. I recommend this shop highly; you'll find what you are looking for and more!

I’ve been thinking about reviewing this place for a while now, and finally made my decision. Sadly the quality of customer service has went down the drain in the last few years. I’ve been going before Covid and after, but sadly the owner, Ann who is the only employee, doesn’t help when you walk in, seemingly to involved in her work in progress or in her storage area where there isn’t anyone observing the store besides other customers. Ann is so helpful and accommodating to my 94 year old Mom. She spends a great deal of time working with her and makes great suggestions for yarns and patterns. She understands my mom's skill level and always provides good insight. My mom calls ahead as she is over an hour away and Ann has been kind to adjust her schedule on a few occasions to work with her on her projects. Ann is extremely knowledgeable about her products and her craft. I'm glad my mom has her as a resource as her knitting keeps her young. Thanks Ann.

I went to Infinite Yarns with high hopes from reviews and because I went to another local yarn store at a different location and had a positive experience. I can’t believe how disappointed I felt leaving. I was browsing the store and the owner did not acknowledge me for about 10 minutes despite me being the only one there shopping.. The owner Anne is the best ! She teaches lessons, she taught me and she was great , very thorough and patient and a wonderful teacher , I mean Anne knows just about everything there is to know about yarns, crocheting and knitting etc etc . And the store is impeccable with definitely infinite yarns, if you’re like me I like to see and feel my yarn in person — she has every kind of Merino wool, cashmere, Alpaca—you name it !
