I went to Infinite Yarns with high hopes from reviews and because I went to another local yarn store at a different location and had a positive experience. I can’t believe how disappointed I felt leaving. I was browsing the store and the owner did not acknowledge me for about 10 minutes despite me being the only one there shopping.. I called before I came in the store ,so I could go in and out quickly. I went to the store in morning they were closed. I did have small dog with me. I just wanted buy and get out. The lady said we let dog in store I would left she ringing my sale. I spent about 300-dollars in the past. There was another lady looking at me. I told people about nice the was in the store.They just lost a good customer-I am on Etsy
The owner Anne is the best ! She teaches lessons, she taught me and she was great , very thorough and patient and a wonderful teacher , I mean Anne knows just about everything there is to know about yarns, crocheting and knitting etc etc . And the store is impeccable with definitely infinite yarns, if you’re like me I like to see and feel my yarn in person — she has every kind of Merino wool, cashmere, Alpaca—you name it !
