I had only gone for RMT once in my life, about 20 years ago. But I do think massage therapy is something one should do on a fairly regular basis. Kimberly was referred to me and I can see why. She is professional and experienced, gentle but thorough! She most certainly knows her anatomy and also recommends important stretches that can help immensely. She's also very kind and communicative. Kimberly is amazing! She has a magical touch and truly knows what she’s doing. I usually see her for sciatica pain, and after every single treatment, I leave feeling so much better. Recently, I went to her with both shoulder pain and a terrible migraine. She focused on both issues with such care and attention, and I felt significantly better afterward.
