Best in the business hands down
Both Kimberly and Shea are very knowledgeable about which muscles do what and what exercises are need to stimulate them. The massage is great make you feel nice and relaxed, and they know exactly how much pressure to apply. I went for back issues after I twisted my back, shoveling snow, and felt almost immediate relief after just the first session.
Been going here for a few years now and service is always fantastic and personable :) always feel so much better after leaving massage.
