Matt has been incredible to work with. His office space is comfortable, and his calming demeanor helped put me at ease when talking about the less comfortable parts of life. I've become much more self-aware of my body's responses and have learned easy (and essentially unnoticeable) coping techniques for when life starts to feel heavy. I would definitely recommend you try a few appointments and see the difference Matt can make in your life!

I went to see Matt to quit smoking. Every session I grew closer and closer to achieving my goal and, although recent, I can say with confidence that I will never smoke again. It’s only been 3 days, but the urge or craving isn’t there anymore. I know, for a fact, that I could not have done it without him because I tried. I walked in a smoker and walked out a non smoker. I threw my pack away on the way out. Matt is an awesome very professional guy. Easily relatable and easy to feel comfortable with. I had tried hypnosis elsewhere that didn't work for me. But after the first session with Matt I walked out and have been a non smoker for just over 2 years.

My work with Matt at infinite wave has been invaluable to me. I have C-PTSD along with severe depression, and I sought out help during a particularly dark period of my life. Matt is amazing! I've had 2 sessions and find myself more relaxed and sleeping better, I even go to bed earlier most nights instead of staying up just to stay up. Matt will have a nice chat with you and learn about what you want to work on or get through, and he will use the chat to create focal points and a plan of action! There is no reason not to see him and try it out! Highly highly highly recommend!!!
