I am behind on filing my taxes for the past few years, and I received a voicemail from these people. I called back because I'd like some help, and the guy I spoke with hung up on me - I was very pleasant, just asking questions about the benefits of working with them, plus THEY WERE THE ONES WHO CALLED ME FIRST. Completely unprofessional and rude. Don't waste a second of your time with a company like this.
Being a long time customer, for ten years but thing have change with how infinite tax solution work with their customers. Not recommended, find a different solution.
I contacted them several times expressing my interest in having them do my taxes. First was told they were too booked for this year. That’s fine. Then I said please contact me after busy season. They said they’d contact me again around May 1st. Never heard from them so called them May 13. Had a whole intake questionnaire. I’m pretty basic in terms of my tax needs - a W2 who owns a home and no convoluted business companies.
