I am changing my 5 star review to 1 star. I would highly recommend not working with them. I've been working with Infinite Tax Solution since 2017, so 9 years. Today I randomly received an "End of Representation" letter with no explanation. I reached out to them today via a brief email and voicemail asking if it would be possible to continue the relationship and that this letter came as a surprise to me, could I please have more details. Updating my review to 1 star. WOW...the service has gone downhill. Paid them for tax support and provided all materials in January. Two items came up to amend the paperwork before filing and now they don't want to get my filing done on time (even though it was brought to them more than a week before tax deadline). They didn't even have a single meeting with me for this $1500 filing they charged me for but didn't complete. So bizarre. Stop spamming me with calls. I have never used your system nor will I. Any company that uses robocalls is automatically off my list to do business with. Stop leaving me messages (I have your calls blocked)
I am behind on filing my taxes for the past few years, and I received a voicemail from these people. I called back because I'd like some help, and the guy I spoke with hung up on me - I was very pleasant, just asking questions about the benefits of working with them, plus THEY WERE THE ONES WHO CALLED ME FIRST. Completely unprofessional and rude. Don't waste a second of your time with a company like this.
