Really enjoy this bike shop! I have been to a half dozen in the valley over the years and while these guys are on the pricey end I feel like the staff is knowledgeable, confident, and helpful. Like supporting the lbs!
Great product variety with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They fix it right the first time and are up to date with component warranties and recalls; this sometimes covers the entire repair cost! Over the years I've bought 3 bikes and will be heading back again.
Had an awesome experience. Colin answered all my questions, and applied pedals to two different bikes I was interested in testing - even though it was raining! Even worked with me on price to help me get the bike I wanted inside my price range. All three employees working there the day I visited were very friendly and cordial throughout the experience.
