Very unprofessional . I booked an appointment and she never showed up!!!! I paid for a babysitter for my newborn just to come to this appointment and she never answered my calls or texts and the spa said she wasn’t there.very upsetting . This was my birthday facial that I was so excited for. Would never book again with someone so unthoughtful .
