I've been getting massages at Inertia Physio for over a year now, and have been pleased with my experience at this place. So when I tore my MCL decided to give Physio a try at Inertia as well. It was VERY successful, I'm also getting my Achilles tendinitis treated. All in all, I am extremely pleased with Inertia Physio and will recommend it to everyone I know. My appointment was for an assessment with Jayson. He asked questions about my problem and explained what would help. After doing some physio, he showed me exercises to do at home. I found Jayson knowledgeable and would recommend him to anyone. Office staff are friendly and helpful.
Zac is a great physiotherapist and he specializes in TMJ. Highly recommended!
Visited this office during an emergency, on a weekend - they really saved me! No place in Ottawa offers emergency physio. I was truly touched by the level of compassionate care that I received. Truly grateful to Drew and Sarah for saving me that desperate day.
I have gone to Inertia since it was opened and was seeing Drew before that at his prior employer. At inertia, Drew, Alisha, and Jayson have treated me at various times. They are all excellent. Many Physios do very little manual work, rely on machines, and bounce from one client to another simultaneously. They don’t give full attention.
