My husband has had very good success with PT at Inertia, so when I fell and broke my shoulder, he recommended that I sign up and he was right! Both Robin and Bess were very gentle and caring about my muscle and nerve healing process, helping me move carefully into strength and out of pain. Now at 8 weeks I have regained almost complete use of this arm and have their exercises to continue the process. I highly recommend Inertia.
Spent several sessions doing medical history, and that's it. Then another session wasted time trying to get her computer to work. Then had already began 'discharging' me and hadn't even done an actual physical assessment. No, I do not 'recommend' this business. One bit.
Physical therapy for pelvic floor prolapse has helped me tremendously and in such a short period of time I feel better about my symptoms. The staff at Inertia are all friendly and Bess has encouraged me to continue with at home exercises to make sure I stay strong. I am very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend this physical therapy practice. I will miss seeing Bess but I’m sure she will be helpful to many others who need therapy and I feel confident in my home program for the future.
Bess is a great listener, communicator, and has a wealth of knowledge. It was apropos to find such help postpartum; an empathetic professional who has 4 children of her own.
I have been a patient for almost a year and thanks to the wonderful care I recieved I have had relief in my pain, reversed most of my symptoms and most importantly built my confidence to take back my life. I was given the tools I needed to help my body heal and to live my life again. I could not have done this without my team at Inertia.
