For the amount of money this place generates and the clientele it focuses on, a sliding entrance door would be so very helpful. How does someone in a wheelchair open the door? With great difficulty! Not #disabled user friendly at all.
Lovely staff and James is amazing. All you need to do is briefly mention an area that is causing issues and he knows exactly what to do to help.

I have been attending Inertia for both physiotherapy and pilates following a car accident, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the treatment I’ve received. The physio team, especially Sarah, has been fantastic and has played a significant role in my recovery. The pilates classes are also incredibly accommodating to injuries, and they've been an essential part of my rehab process. I would highly recommend Inertia to anyone.
