Dr. Fischer helped me get my life back. I was in terrible pain when I first visited Inertia. Their one on one approach to my therapy prevented me from having surgery and gave me the tools to maintain my health moving forward.

Dr. Fischer will change your life/nervous system. My pelvic floor was all out of whack, tense, false IC diagnosis, SI joint pain etc. She taught me how to release the tension & strengthen. Each session she was so calm & pleasant I genuinely looked forward to seeing her because I knew I’d feel so much better. She’s knows the body so well and educated me on everything. All women need to see her 👌🏻❤️

Dr. Fischer is amazing! She does very well at explaining every step of the process. First day I walked out feeling much better from the pelvic floor pain I was dealing with. Haven’t had any pelvic floor pain since I started seeing her. I finished all my sessions, keep up with all the recommendations she gave and haven’t had no problems. I also recommend Kim for your stretching exercises.

Each case is unique, therefore I found great value in getting evaluated over the course of a few months with exercise adjustme... read more
