I was referred to Dr. Ray at Inertia Health and Wellness for PT on my shoulder for a partially torn rotator cuff and bicep tendon. I had limited motion and a lot of pain but did not want surgery. I completed the recommended 8-week therapy plus an additional 3 weeks. Dr. Ray would modify my at-home exercise program each week, changing up the exercises as I gained strength. I just had a massage done by Belle. I’m 62 years old and I’ve had many massages and physical therapy throughout my life. I normally do not Give reviews, but I have to give Belle the review that she deserves. Belle is the most knowledgeable and professional therapist that I’ve ever been treated by. She explained my conditions and concerns. And brought to my attention Exercises that will help with conditions I was not aware of. I highly recommend Bill in this clinic to everyone
I walked in hurting without hope. 8 weeks later Ray gave me knowledge and hope. He proved that I could do things that I personally didn’t think I could. I will continue to use all tools Ray shared with me. So very thankful.
