I have been living in Midland, Texas for about a year. I moved here after undergoing major surgery that left me with lasting deficits and chronic pain. I was referred to Dr. Ray at Inertia Health and Wellness for PT on my shoulder for a partially torn rotator cuff and bicep tendon. I had limited motion and a lot of pain but did not want surgery. I completed the recommended 8-week therapy plus an additional 3 weeks. Dr. Ray would modify my at-home exercise program each week, changing up the exercises as I gained strength.
