Originally emailed the company for a consult and received a reply back very quickly which looked promising at the beginning. When I called for a phone consult, it lasted for less than 2 minutes and Joe, who I was dealing with, began to talk over me while I was explaining my situation then hung up on me abruptly. Super rude and unprofessional.
