Here we are mid-January, and I am still waiting for anyone to give me an update on two chairs ordered last August (I received 4/6 pieces in the order). I have reached out multiple ways and have had zero success. Customer service is nonexistent ..... I feel like they stole my money at this point.
Don't buy anything. If they are out of business they should be honest and take their website down. I also made a purchase and besides the confirmation email and the failed attempts to reached out customer service, i haven't heard anything. Such a shame
Do NOT order from Industry West at this time. I’ve purchased multiple sets of chairs/stills from this company in the past, and they have all been of the highest design and quality. HOWEVER, I paid nearly $7,000 for dining chairs and bars/counter stools in November and the items have never been delivered. Industry West’s phone number is no longer working and emails are not being answered. It appears that they are liquidating. I would be skeptical that any orders will be fulfilled.
My experience with Industry West has so far been very disappointing. Their website looked great and the products were very modern which suited my personal taste. So, over 30 days ago I was excited to purchase a chair on-line (there was a green checkmark to indicate: In stock delivers in 7 to 10 business days). My order was confirmed, my payment was processed but nothing since then. I have reached out to customer service with multiple emails and left a message at the toll free number - so far no response!
