Went for pre employment drug screen, brown headed woman, her name is BRITTANY KANNBAUGH, who does the test was very arrogant and the little guy with the man bun was eyeing me down from the moment i walked in the office. I suppose he was excited to stare at my penis. Also the staff refused to give me a drs note for my current employer and suggested that i give my drug screen receipt (which has the name of the company im trying to move to, and information about the drug test on it ). Whoever answered the phone today was extremely rude and unhelpful. She also told misinformation about not being able to get a drug test without having a doctors note, having calling the ballad occupational health in Kingsport they told me this was not true. Seemed like she did not want to help me and the ladies in Kingsport were much more helpful friendly.
Rude poor organization runs tests wrong and blames you for doing what they say. Will breath on your pp when you take a drug test. People on the phone say you are arguing with them when you try and tell them factually something that happened. Will ignore your phone calls. Clown House
Cost me an extra 2 hour drive because they couldn't read a tb test
Great for occupational health waits a little long especially for people with injuries feel like they should take priority over people just there for drug test / physical
