Cost me an extra 2 hour drive because they couldn't read a tb test
Great for occupational health waits a little long especially for people with injuries feel like they should take priority over people just there for drug test / physical
Address is wrong they are now located at 438 E Vann Rd. On the 3rd floor. Otherwise was ok
Went in for a pre-employment drug screen, waited TWO weeks for the results only to be told they lost it. Sitting here now to take another and they have taken SIX other drug screens before me that came in AFTER me. I asked the receptionist about the wait and she got smart with me and said have a good day. Would NOT go here again unless I had to for an employer. Receptionist needs to learn manners!
Set an appointment? Doesn’t matter you’ll get in hours later.. front desk lady with the dark hair has awful customer service and doesn’t even make eye contact while talking with you. Awful place but that’s just what you get going with Balled Health.
