Id leave zero stars if it was an option. The most incompetent company I've come across in a while. Took 3 weeks to send out a small single order and that only happened because I called and complained about the delay. they then sent out the wrong tool. Will be returning and buying the actual tool I need from elsewhere as you obviously cannot manage it.
