I ordered a harness from this company on December 13,2021.Til this day January 21,2022.I have not received the product I ordered.But they took my $52.99.No communication on what was going on with the product I ordered.The AfterShip app states that the carrier received a request from the shipper and is about to pick up the shipment.It states shipment was sent to fedex.The date it said that was in December 14,2021 at 7:36am.It states shipment zero days updated 1 month ago.Then it’s states shipment is being prepared.It states... read more
Terrible. Ordered 2 safety harnesses. I was charged for 2. Only one was in the box and I contacted them immediately. Now they are lying that there was 2 in the box and won't refund the double amount they charged me. So mad!!! Awful!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Industrial Safety Products Inc. 2023 NW 84 AVE Miami, Florida 33122 They are price gouging and misrepresenting the price of masks during this time of crisis and availability. The website said 10 per box for $19.99, receive 1 mask for 19.99. Before the order was shipped, I emailed and called to make sure I was going to receive 4 boxes not just 1 mask for that price and said to cancel if the price was just for one mask, it was unclear on site. Order a product on January 7th, 2019. To date have not received product. Calling customer services is a joke. They promise you to call you back with an update on your order and never do. Doing a live chat is a joke also. Told them I wanted a refund and the chat went silent. Requested a refund on credit card and it never happen. Unless you order in large quantities they don't care about you. Don't recommend this company.
