My family has done business with IPS for decades. They are a well stocked old-fashioned company with a fascinating selection of materials, both hand tools, precision tools and heavy industrial machinery. Last time I was there (2015) they were still using pneumatic tube transport for payments and paperwork. Other friends in my field (musical instrument repair) regularly buy metal stock and tools from IPS. I highly recommend a visit.
