Hi Driver's this place has portable restrooms and no restaurants nearby. Pretty small parking available not sure you can do overnight parking but there's always little room available you can try your luck. This place known as industrial packaging and something natural on the pickup info. Loading unloading is takes little longer but not bad it's depends on what kind of products you are picking up. It's ready or not. Maneuvering is ok not bad.Best of luck
