Bought a lot of steel at this place but had to take the bulk of my business to their competitor. Their prices were always higher than the other guys but when a 20' piece of rectangle tubing is over $130 at IMS and $84 at the other place theres just no way to use IMS on projects anymore.
I have lived in the valley for 40+ years and never heard of them until today. I grabbed my pieces of aluminum, bought it and got out fast! This place looks AWESOME! I was afraid to walk around. I would have ended up with far more than I came for. I will be back for sure. I just grabbed some off the shelf. Maybe custom made takes longer. I don't know, but I was very pleased.

Top level customer service. Reasonable pricing. Can call ahead for pricing and if ordered to their customary conditions, pick-up at facility is facilitated while you wait in your vehicle.
