Husband and I went to order one piece of metal sat there for over two hours. First brought out the wrong kind of metal that we waited for an hour for and then took over another hour to bring out the correct piece of metal. In the time of waiting missed our other important apt that I had already rescheduled to an hour later due to waiting. So annoying that it takes two hours to get one sheet of metal. If it's going to take that long you should let your customers know. Thanks..
