I was scheduled here for ce exam and I arrived 20 minutes earlier than appointment time. The reception staff was very friendly and I sat for around 15 minutes. When I was called back everything went smoothly and quickly i think i sat in room 5 minutes? Then the Dr came in and was very kind and thorough. Everyone wears a mask and were also all friendly. The dr took about 10 minutes at the most. After all was over I was out in about an hour and approved about a month later. I can't say anything bad , like I read in reviews.
Wish I could give negative 5 stars. I sat for 15 minutes in the exam room waiting for the doctor to come around. They deadnamed me 4 times in the span of 4 minutes, were incredibly inattentive. I was incredibly rushed through and the doctor kept talking over me. Not to mention he didn't listen to my heart properly! The stethoscope wasn't even in contact with my body! What the heck kind of operation is being run here? I'm convinced the no recording policy isn't due to HIPAA, but their horrible treatment of patients! I'm autis... read more

The worst office I've ever been to. I waited two hours, everything looked dirty, and every time I saw a nurse, she was eating, and they weren't making any progress on the call. In the end, I didn't receive any service.
I found everyone that I dealt with to be professional and courteous. Reception was friendly and efficient. Both Drs. I saw were attentive and thorough. I was seen on time and the whole process including seeing two Drs was quick and efficient.
