All the staff that I dealt with were very kind. The only issue I had was the wait. It took FOREVER
Make sure you have nothing to do during the day of you appointment and if you have small one don't bring them… also make sure you eat well and have ALL THE TIME ONCE AGAIN ! And BE NICE because they will make sure you at the end up at the VERY LEAST END OF THAT LIST and there excuse will be theres NO ROOM , or One person is ahead of you ! Been hearing that since 1pm and its 4pm its CRAZY! TALKED with the manager VANNESSA AND SHE SAID all they can do is reschedule and hang up on my face!!!
Avoid this place by all means
Went in apprehensive due to the reviews. My experience was very good. The receptionist was very nice, reminded me about hippa, asked if I needed assistance to get the room, and if I wanted to release the appointment to my primary doctor. The Doctor was a nice lady, very calm and empathetic. I didn't feel interrogated or anything. Just have your paperwork done beforehand. I feel like that's what made this smooth which is great for someone with bipolar and psychosis.
The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. I was waiting for my urine test, and when I arrived, there was no one there. Despite this, the wait time was still 10 minutes.
