This establishment is terrible. I needed to take a drug test, so I called and asked about appointments. Drug tests are only from 8:30-3:30 M-F. I walked in at 8:33 & had to wait for them to finish up with a client - no problem. I get to the window & tell the lady why I’m here. She then asks me if I have to go now…..DUHHH, I came to pee for a test, of course I have to go💀 I asked how long the wait would be and she had no idea. Walked in for a drug test and waited 3 plus hours until I couldn’t wait no more and walked out. Worse experience and waste of my time. Would not recommend ever going to this place.

Well had an appointment still been waiting over 3 hours. They were confusing refused to answer questions and the place is absolutely filthy. I hope I never return. I was told I needed one thing by SS. Came did it now they say they want to do things that I was not told about prior. Talk about uncomfortable

I had a great appointment here. The wait was short, the staff was friendly and efficient, and my audiologist was great!
