Been waiting for my infant to be seen for 3 hours while other patients are seen by the same doctor that checked in after I did. I'm not sure what's going on but now my entire day is wasted while the doctor goes on lunch and ignores my sons needs. This place is a joke.
IMA is the VA's chosen disability exam provider. Following this visit, I made an appointment for a non-VA partner to examine me. I have NEVER seen a more unprofessional operation and examiner. The woman I had was an office bully and rude to other staff in front of customers (looks like a big German woman) and was very argumentive when I sighed heavily (was tired of being there within the first 5 minutes).
