Went into buy a plant or 2 and upon walking in me and my family were not acknowledged at all whatsoever and saw that the employees were focusing on everyone else in the store besides us and when we went to ask a question an employee ignored us and started talking to another customer. Hopefully it changes.
I am a regular here, I usually love their plants. Unfortunately I bought a stunning prayer plant, but after a week of it being home I realized it was infested with mealy bugs. Sadly after treating it the leaves didn’t respond well. So devastated.
All the plants here are thriving and the customer service is amazinggg
I’ve stopped in here a few times and it’s a lovely little shop. I managed to find a beautiful Echeveria Purpusorum initially and noticed their lovely selection of aroids. I had a bit of remorse for not purchasing an alocasia so I called a few weeks later and they still had the one I wanted and were nice enough to set it aside until I could pick it up.
