We love IFCU Credit union Covington ind , the tellers are always friendly and ready to take care of you , Amy in the loan department is amazing, makes you feel like family an amazing place ,we share with other people how satisfied we are their services
The best Credit Union/Bank in town. The entire staff is friendly and they go out of their way to help you. Banking has never been anything but perfect here. They get an A+.
My parents had a bank account with them since IFCU was once a credit union for employees of Olens. After Olens closed down the credit union continued on its own. I got an account myself with them eventually when I was a teen. I’m have known Brenda and Jen since then. Everyone is always so sweet and personal there. Beth eventually joined the team to as well and they are all so diligent and helpful. My favorite errand is going to the bank. I love to go inside and chat and catch up with them. I met with Amy for a car loan. I'd never been through the process before and she explained it and made it very simple. She even helped provide instructions on what to expect when buying your first vehicle. I couldn't have had a better experience with my first loan!
