Technician Dan E. did a great job getting our Kenwood NX 5700 mobile radio's back online due to a software glitch, was very professional and had the knowledge of what he was doing in a very timely matter. This was a crucial repair that had to be done because it involved one of our Ambulances that had to be back in service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
