There is no close parking. For an injured worker, having to walk far is not easy. Especially, in the winter. They tell you to be there first of the hour. But they have hearings 20 minutes apart (3 hearings an hour). When you have an injury it's hard to sit for that long waiting for a hearing. Example: they tell you the hearing is at 1pm but in reality, it can be at 1pm, 1:20, or 1:40pm. Who can sit that long with a back injury? The whole process is sided for the employer and BWC.
