I go to this bank because it’s close to me. Every time that I come in that bank it’s this Spanish girl with the most nasty attitude no type of customer service she doesn’t smile or greet you. I don’t know where they get these people from but it’s sad that people have to go through these type of problems, just to deposit a check she will look at you like you’re about to rob the bank like it’s not my money I worked hard for!!!!!! If it happens again I will contact corporate!!!!!
❤️ I have had this account for over 10 years. It changed locations a few years ago moving further downtown to a new developing trendy area. The staff is very friendly and always accommodating. If you do not have an account in a Black owned bank, I highly recommend you do so immediately. Have your children, family, friends and neighbors do the same.
