Customer sevice at the counter is not just bad. It's appalling. Never have I ever in my entire life been accused with such rude attitude for the wrongdoings of their own poor management. Effective booking system is non-existent. Even heard them gossip about customer while the very customer was standing right within their earshot. Required task could be done within 15 min, but forced to clear out an entire hour, or else you'd be kicked back to the waiting line begging for their gracious call. Extremely frustrated with ICBC USA. They charged me a $30 fee even though my available balance was enough. They stubbornly insist only the cleared balance counts. I called their New York headquarters and got zero help. Waiting 7 days to clear a $2000 check is absurd — like dealing with a snail. 这个银行真的让人很无语，去问开保险箱问题，服务员无表情说要开保险箱就要有5万美元开个账号，真的感觉这家银行骗钱，那有开个支票户口要5万元才能开，所以提醒大家小心这个工商银行的不良行为。小心被骗。

Very bad experience. 1. Bad service.The banker didn’t help me set up the username and password when I open an account so I need to come again. 2. Extremely long wait time. There’s only one banker and you never know his/her lunch time. Other workers will only ask you to wait and they don’t know when the banker comes back.
