IAC office in New Haven has to have the absolute worst customer service. They never answer the phone; and when they do they are terribly rude. They seem to not care that customers have 1000’s of dollars invested into their company via car loans and what not. Never again will I use IAC; nor will I ever recommend them. 0/10

I financed three vehicles with IAC and I received nothing but excellent customer service and great finance rate. I wish they were everywhere when it comes to financing the vehicle and if I was purchasing one now I would do it again with them IAC the best finance company there is and never will be.

I have been with IAC for a few years now. I've always had excellent service. I would like to send ten million thank yous to Phyllis. She has been a true god send and has always been willing to work with me when life likes to throw lemons at me. I never feel embarrassed about having to reach out when I'm having a hard time making a payment because I know she's there to support and help me. I wish every company had someone as caring and helpful as she is!

Very harassing calls 1000 times never recalls conversations on agreements and plays crazy after the car is paid I will never go with this company again!!!!!!!!!!
