They never answer the phone. They don't return calls when you leave messages with your number in it 3 times. I'll call when they're still open for at least 3 hours and still won't get an answer. You call a couple times a day.... no answer. I dont know who's worse , them or the dealership i got this car from thats been giving me nothing but problems since I got it.

They are hands down an amazing Loan company!!! Starting with my 1st payment there was a problem (which was dealership wrong) dealer told me to call them basically making it seem that they were going to take my car and very upset well the woman I was directed to call was anything but she took her time and figured out the problem (dealership mistake smh) she even followed up with me days later to make sure situation was rectified..very recently life happened and had gotten a couple payments behind, have been so on edge and my ... read more
