Most terrible service. We opted this indusind vijayanagar bank for current. Its been more than a week since process started. Account is still not active. We are facing major operational and Complaince issues due to this carelessness and false commitments. Mr. Siddaram Point of Contact never responds to call until evening. Evening he says it will be done by EOD. Same repeats everyday. Never opt for this bank. They are highly unprofessional. Especially Mr. Siddaram lacks ethics and gives only false commitments
Never take cash deposit always. Comes with new reason. Don't go with indusind bank
