Very pathetic service.. tried calling to get aadhar appointment they said call on same day morning Than I took leave and called same day morning 9 am.. they said appointment full When my friend call for appointment he got 10 am appointment same day.. What is the issue with the lady manager named Shraddha don't know.. not even 1 star for their service..
Rude staff and third class service for aadhar card updation
The people at this branch are very cooperative. I got a chance to interact with Dharmendrabhai, Dhawalbhai, Shikhaben & cashier Ma'am. They all are very helpful. I went for address updation in my Aadhaar Card on 23rd instant. The process was haslefree. It took 15 minutes only. Today I got my Aadhaar Card updated within less than 47 hours. I just downloaded my e-Aadhaar. Thanks once again. - H B PARIKH
Very uneducated staff. No any single knowledge of banking in any person in this bank. Very poor service. If anybody has account in this perticular branch (godrej Garden City - ahemdabad) then please close your account and secure your money. Very horrible staff. Everyone in this branch only knows how to misguide customers. Their only job is to manipulate people. Other than that, they have no solutions for any customer problems. Very wrost experience.. no responsibility in adhar seva kendra.. they told me due to audit adhar updation is close for two days..so bank work like deposite and account opening also close in audit time.. khud ke rules lekar kaam kar rahe hai.. aisi brand meh adhar updation not good common public..
