Good staff
It's a large office which works with Liabilities branch and Assets departments together in a building , separated by blocks. Services are awesome and assets team take too much stretch to serve the customers. Difficult to see that kind of commitment in today's time.
My experience with this branch was extremely disappointing. There was no accountability, the responses were poor, and the staff's behavior was unprofessional. I wasted an entire month waiting for my AD Code, but it was never provided. Due to this unnecessary delay, I had to move my banking to another bank. In my experience, the branch manager, Mr. Hemal, appeared to have limited knowledge of import-export banking procedures and the AD Code process, which made the situation even more frustrating.
