I had a very disappointing experience at the IndusInd Bank Barakhamba Road branch in New Delhi. The employees and branch manager provided incorrect information regarding my banking query, which caused confusion and unnecessary inconvenience. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the staff was unhelpful and did not provide clear guidance. I expected accurate information and better customer service from the branch. I hope the bank investigates this matter and improves the quality of service and staff training.

I had a very poor experience with this bank regarding my account. The account-related services were slow, and resolving even simple issues took far too long. Customer support was not helpful, and I did not receive clear or timely updates. This experience was frustrating, and I expected much better service. I hope the bank improves its customer support and account management process.

Horrible experience. Unwelcoming atmosphere and rude behaviour by people. I went to enquire about a pending payment issue and was not given an adequate response by the consumer service representative. She refused to even look into the problem and said this is not the head office and we would need the account holder present even for basic enquiry. It was as if she was just trying to get rid of me by giving passive answers and employing a hostile tone.
