Worst staff I have seen here.. today I visited branch and they are telling to visit another branch due to network issue this happening for 3 to 4 times.. akshy nagar people helped everytime....how cum other branch can work if network issue.. these people are very irresponsible
Service quality was maintained at every step
Visited this Branch now as My both Current Account and Savings Account are showing Zero balance in it. Staff Behaviour at Branch is worst and very very poor Response to the customer query....Branch Manager and Dy Branch Manager both are not there at office for attending escalation, Branch Manager No. Updated is been call diverted to Voice Mail, Dy Manager Number is not receiving calls...tried multiple times. !!! NOT RECOMMENDED !!! SBI Staff is Much Better than these...😡

Worst Bank ; Worst Employees representing the Bank ; This bank freeze clients account without reason and in turn behaves in a very rude and horrific manner ; Never Never open any bank account in IndusInd
