Worst behaviour from staff by name shambhavi Very much rude talk not very much professional behaviour was always busy with personal phone cal need to be replaced as early as possible otherwise bank reputation will be spoiled.

I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. The employees appeared unskilled and lacked professionalism. Their behavior, especially from some of the staff, was extremely rude and discourteous. This kind of conduct does not reflect well on a reputed bank, and it creates a very unpleasant experience for customers. I strongly urge the management to take corrective measures and provide proper training to the staff to ensure professionalism and courtesy in dealing with clients.
