worst service ever.... if customer wants to open new account the the timing is 5 pm for customer dealing and after your account gets opened then the customer dealing time is 4Pm ... Except all this if the timing of the bank is 4 pm then why staff sits even after 5 pm. .. And in other private or government bank if you need any help except depositing money after 4 then the staff alows you in and helps you regarding your account. Very bad service customer assistant very poor . New customer ko bhi ache se treat nahi karte hai . Kyc karwane jao to system nahi chal raha hai bolte hai. Agar system nahi chal raha to bank kyu khol rakhi hai customer ko preshan karne ke lie customer apna time nikal kar branch ata hai or ap bar bar customer ko harrase krte ho ki customer next time fir se aay apke pas.
