Terrible. The atm didn't work. Deducted my money but I didn't get anything out. The staff was unhelpful, especially the Dy branch manager Sivaranjini. She just called me at 7pm and threatened and abused me for calling her, the Dy branch manager of the bank, while I was panicking during an emergency during pre working hours. Her number was mentioned as an "important number" to call in case of an emergency. She deflected saying she's the branch manager and not in charge of the ATM of her own branch. They dont have CDM(Cash deposit Machine )
Very delayed response . Lack of desire for customer satisfaction . Hope the branch approach towards customers improves in future .
