Worst banking services...pathetic staff. Need to file a case in ombudsman RBI and bank has been penalised 50000 against bank still bank has not learned any lession. Doing same thing again in my mother account. No response on complaints. Never do banking with indusind
Had a very bad experience after opening account here. the employee's of this bank talk like boss of this bank.my account has been freeze by the bank .and the are not unfreeze my account and im unable to withdraw my amount don't open account in this Bank.
False commitments the time of account opening, poor quality customer service, lack of staff knowledge, inappropriate behaviour towards issues of the customers, casual approach , imagine a situation due to which i had to close my more than 5 years old account permanently with the unnecessary charges.The staff do not have knowledge, hardly picks up or responds the call shared by them over the first attempt ,for minor issues will make you visit branch multiple times. will make you visit branch multiple times.
